Questions are Holy – Thursday Night Group

One of the questions I’ve been asking for a while now, regarding faith on SL- it’s not dissimilar, from what I’ve seen, from RL in that the most extreme tend to get people in the door more easily

The perception of faith on Sl from the unchurched or more progressive is not as… healthy as I’d like to see it, so I suppose my question would be, what can we do to reach out to people here, to make ourselves and our faith more available.

Why are the extremes more attractive?

Can we be baptized on sl?

The other issue I’ve been praying on this last year is… how does our faith relate to our behavior HERE? I hear a lot of churches behaving as if this is not a medium with its own questions, problems, temptations that are really very different from being in the real world.

I wonder why a message about God punishing you for eternity if you don’t believe can be called “good” news? Don’t we progressives have a better message? We should be happier to evangelize?

I would like to understand why agnostics feel it is “rude” when people talk about their religion?

How do we , progressive Christians at Koinonia study the bible?
